Bio

After my early career in business, raising my gorgeous family, moving to Ireland then France, running a holiday cottage rental business, occasionally catering parties and making and always cooking with a passion for family and friends with a couple of seasons doing shoot lunches in the mix, I decided it was time to do what I have always loved and cook. Two years in a restaurant kitchen where I went from Commis to Sous chef in 6 months and now I am very excited to be doing it for myself.
